  1. Print, Collate, and Staple Setup instructions for printing from Windows to your Ricoh device Click your mouse or press your “Down Arrow” key to advance

  2. 4 Select “Print” from the File Menu of your program or press Control-P. Enter page range and number of copies desired. Make sure “Collate” is NOT selected here! Click on the Ricoh device’s “Properties” button. In the next window, if not already selected, click on the “Paper/Quality” tab. Click the “Advanced” button. Scroll down to “Printer Features” and make sure “Collate” is turned on. 2 3 5 6 7

  3. Scroll farther down in “Printer Features” and choose your desired staple option. Click “OK.” Click “OK” again. Click “OK” one more time. Your completed documents will deliver on the finisher at the left of the machine. 8 9 10 11
