  1. Post-It Note System for InvitingJeffrey Lee, Team Elite Executive 1) 3-way Inviting 2) Top-Down Business Invite 3) Bottom-Up Model Invite

  2. Post-It Note System 3-way Inviting This is all the training a new distributor needs until the upline has sifted through their top 10-20 contacts. This is THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY to start a new distributor. This is the BUDDY APPROACH vs Hans Solo Approach. Start with the top 10 people in their cell phone. Get a list of their top prospects (business-minded, successful, good with people, hardworking) and phone numbers before they leave the meeting. Pigeon-hole technique. Map it out. We are not selling/convincing…we are sifting and sorting through the population looking for those who are ready, willing and able to make a change in their life . Stand up while making calls and walk around.

  3. Post-It Note System 3-way Inviting • 4 C’s of Inviting: Compliment, Create Curiosity, Commitment, Control • Give a “high-five” after each call regardless of result…keeps energy up! • If you feel you have to “convince” someone…he or she is not the right person at this time. • Thank them for their ideas and get off the phone. Take it away…”sounds like this just isn’t for you” • “Seems like it’s not a good time and you’re too busy. I understand, its not for everyone.”

  4. Post-It Note System3-way Inviting 1. Clear the Time “Hi ________(Prospect’s Name), it’s _________ (New Distributor’s Name) from the gym…is this a good time?”

  5. Post It Note System3-way Inviting 2. Identify you have a Friend on the line … create curiosity … get permission Great! I have a good friend and business partner on the line with me. He is working on a project that I know you are going to be interested in. Do you have a minute or two to say hello to my friend Jeffrey?

  6. Post It Note System3-Way Inviting 3. Introduce and Compliment your Prospect to your Validation Partner and Versa _________(Validation Partner “VP”), this is my friend _________(Prospect’s Name “P”). (P) is a _______ (state occupation) and what I love about (P) is that he/she is _______, ________, __________ (say 2-3 positive and genuine compliments). (P), this is my friend and business partner ________(VP). VP is an entrepreneur and what I love about him/her is that he/she is ________, ________, and __________ (say 2-3 positive things about your Validation Partner).

  7. Post It Note System3-way Inviting 4. Pass the buck and BE QUIET “VP meet P, P meet VP”

  8. Post It Note System3-way Inviting 5. VP to create rapport with P VP is to spend 1-2 minutes getting connected and related to P. Ask light questions (Where do you live?, how long have the 2 of you known each other?, How is the economy affecting your industry?”)

  9. Post It Note System3-way Inviting 6. VP to: State Intention / Create Curiosity / Qualifying Question “P”, the reason we are calling today is because we are launching a new business in your area that has huge potential. It involves genetic anti-aging. We have a device that can erase lines, wrinkles and cellulite without surgery or botox injections. The results are breath-taking. There is a huge potential not just to create income and wealth with this but to create royalty-like income. Have I said anything that might intrigue you?

  10. Post It Note System3-Way Inviting 7. VP to get a Commitment and Control himself “P” do you have 5-10 minutes right now and are you by a computer? -or- “P” we are doing a nationwide Webinar presentation tonight at 9pm. Can we put you down for a spot on that Webinar? -or- “P” when could you give us 5-10 minutes of your time while in front of a computer? -or- “P”, that’s a great question. Could you write that down. That question and just about every question you might have will be covered in the Webinar in a logical and sequential sequence. So, which time would work best for you? 7pm or 9pm?

  11. Post It Note System3-Way Inviting 8. Clear and Definite Future / Fortune is in the Follow-up “P”, we will call you right after the Webinar finishes at ___pm. Is this the best number to reach you on at that time? I am writing into my calendar; are you? Great, I am looking forward to talking with you then.

  13. The Post It Note System Top Down: Business Focus 2. Warm Up Warm up with F.O.R.M. = Family, Occupation, Recreation, Money. These are great warm-market conversation starters: “How are your kids? How is work? Have you been playing any tennis? How’s the economy treating you?”

  15. The Post It Note System Top Down: Business Focus 4. Qualify “Before I go on, I just need to ask you one question, because I do not want to waste any of your time, or mine … If… there was a significant amount of money on the table… Do you ever keep your eyes open for projects outside of what you are currently doing, or not?”

  16. The Post It Note System Top Down: Business Focus 5. Drill Deeper “GREAT! Can you tell me why? What would cause you to be open right now? OR What do you love most about what you do? What do you like least?”

  22. The Post It Note System Top Down: Business Focus 11. Clear your schedule? “You do NOT want to miss this, _____. Is there ANY reason why you cannot clear your schedule? Great. I will call you about 5 minutes before hand and three-way you in, so you won’t have long distance charges. What number is best to reach you on at that time? __-_____. Now, did you write this time down, ______? I won’t get your voice mail will I?” (No) Perfect. I look forward to your feedback. Bye.”Fallback: Plan B = playback different time or Plan C = how about now?

  23. The Post It Note System Top Down: Business Focus 12. Questions “Great question, ______. Would you jot it down? As I mentioned, literally 95% of your questions will be answered in logical sequence on the call. So hold that thought and we will deal with any and all questions you have after the call is over.”

  24. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach • This is best done in partners • Start with the top 10 people in your cell phone who are: • Smiling, happy, positive people who are willing to help • We are not selling…we are getting models to practice and asking for help. • Stand up while making calls and walk around. • Place Post It notes on the wall while on the phone

  25. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach • The partner can put up two Post-It notes at time to help you stay on track. • Partner can keep caller on track….giving a signal if the calls running long or if you are talking too fast. • Give a “high-five” after each call regardless of result…keeps energy up! • If you feel you have to “convince” someone…he or she is not the right person at this time. • Thank them for their ideas and get off the phone. Take it away…”sounds like this just isn’t for you” • “Seems like it’s not a good time and you’re too busy. I understand, its not for everyone.”

  26. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 1. Clear the Time “Hi Sue, its Jan from the gym…do you a have a minute to chat?”

  27. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 2. Warm Up F.O.R.M. Family, Occupation, Recreation, Money.“How’s the family doing?”“How are the kids.”“How’s the economy treating you?”

  28. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 3. About Business “I am so glad to hear life is good Sue. It’s good to catch up. However, I called actually to talk a little shop” or “talk a little business”

  29. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 4. Project “I am working on a project that is expanding and I need some help”(Not an “opportunity” Not “just got involved”)

  30. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 5. Device “We have a device, the size of a cell phone, which uses energy to make faces and bodies younger without pain”

  31. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 6. Models “I need a few models to practice technique with the beauty computer, do you know anyone who can help this week?

  32. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 7. Questions-What is the website? Prospect may ask what the website is: “Sure I can send you info and pics….but I am on a timeline…do you think you know anyone who can help this week…or not? Note: I send “before and after photo’s if anything not a website…this is a product to experience in person.

  33. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 8. Questions-What is the company name? ageLOC. (I do not say Nu Skin because they make think that they know all about it – this is brand new!)

  34. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 9. How much does it cost? [Name], I’m sorry. You must have misunderstood me. I am not coming over to sell you I just need you to be a model.

  35. The Post It Note SystemModel Approach 10. Nail down the time “So Sue, YOU want to be my model, great!!! We have training on Tues or Thursday…what is better?” “So Sue, I am so glad your daughter can help me out, what are her normal days off…great I will stop by with one of the trainees at 6pm”

  36. Best Methods to arrange 3-way Follow-Up Calls If you have a live prospect with you, call your Validation Partner (VP) right then (while you are with your prospect) to see if he is available. If he is not, ask your prospect to leave his name and number on your VPs voicemail with 2-3 good times to call the prospect back. If you know that you will be presenting to a prospect on a certain day and time and you have a committed appointment, text your VP and let him know you will need 3-way support about __-minutes into the meeting. VP can make a surprise call in. IF you have done a great job edifying your upline, your upline’s job will be very easy and you can simply pass the phone to your prospect. Do not ask your upline “when will you have time” Texting your upline is desirable
