  1. I wonder… Chapter selection One...The sun Two...Mercury Three...Venus Four...Mars [im going to skip earth] Five...Jupiter Six...Saturn Seven...Uranus Eight… Neptune Planet size comparance

  2. The sun Click here to select another planet. Fact, sunspots can last for thousands of years. SUN! The sun is a giant fireball floating around in space. It provides light and heat for us living things. In a few billion years it will become a red giant and swallow the rocky/inner planets, but that's a long way away. Earth

  3. Click here to select another planet. Mercury is the smallest planet. P.S. Pluto is a dwarf planet. Mercury is a lot smaller than earth as you can see. A part of Mercury is very smooth, as for the rest is covered in craters. Mercury will be the first to be swallowed by the sun. Earth Mercury Mercury

  4. Venus is a very simular size and shape to Earth, but has lots and lots of volcanoes. It is the hottest planet in the solar system. Fact, Venus is the hottest planet because the clouds trap the suns heat. Venus Earth Venus Click here to select another planet.

  5. Fact, it would take about 2 years to get to Mars. In winter Mars has ice caps at its poles. No astronaut has ever been on Mars. Mars is a very very cold planet if you think its hot. Mars Earth Mars Click here to select another planet.

  6. Jupiter Fact, the great red spot is 1,000 years old. Click here to select another planet. Jupiter Cartoon version of Jupiter Earth Jupiter is the largest actual planet. It has a gigantic storm bigger than earth called the great red spot. Jupiter has one ring.

  7. Saturn Fact, Saturn turns so fast that it bulges at its equator. Click here to select another planet. Saturn Saturn has many, many rings. Those rings are made dust rock and ice which could be from the size of a pebble to a large house. Saturn is a bit smaller than Jupiter so about 850 Earths could fit inside Saturn. Earth

  8. Fact, Uranus gets its aqua colour from all the methane nitrogen and ice. Click here to select another planet. Uranus Axis Uranus does have rings but in this photo you can`t see them and, Uranus tilts on its side because, well astronomers think that once a huge asteroid hit the planet knocked it so that`s the story. Uranus is covered in methane and nitrogen. Earth Uranus

  9. Neptune Fact, Neptune has storms over 2000 kmh! Neptune is the smallest gas planet. It has at least 20 rings. Neptune is a very cold planet. The dark spots on Neptune are believed to be huge storms. Neptune Click here to go to select another planet or, click here to go to the last page. Earth

  10. Comparing planets size. press Asteroid belt [no dwarf planets] Kuiper belt Gas giants Inner planets
