  4. DEMOCRATISER LE DIF ACCORD D’ENTREPRISE POUR INCITER LES SALARIES A UTILISER LE DIF POUR NE PAS LAISSER S’ACCUMULER « LE COMPTEUR D’HEURES DE DIF » notamment :

  5. DEMOCRATISER LE DIF - Sur la rémunération (au-delà du texte de loi), Sur la liberté du salarié de choisir le DIF (principe réaffirmé) Sur le choix pour le salarié concernant le DIF sur temps de travail ou non

  6. LE E-LEARNING Expérimentation inscrite dans l’accord d’entreprise Traçabilité informatique des connexions

  7. LE E-LEARNING - Délais à respecter selon la durée du module (ex. formation e-learning < = 5 h, délai de 1 mois) Évaluer ce dispositif au fur et à mesure

  8. LE PROJET - 7 modules de formation sur la douleur, la grippe aviaire, les infections nosocomiales,…) 126 personnes inscrites soit 429 modules Lancement le 24 juin 08

  9. 1er Bilan au 29 août 08 Sur 126 personnes inscrites : 24 ont fini leur(s) module(s)(19%) 66 en cours (52%) 31 non débuté (25%) 5 « désinscrits » (4%)

  10. 1er Bilan au 29 août 08 Sur 429 modules : 131 terminé (30%) 97 en cours (23%) 201 non débuté (47%)

  11. 1er Bilan au 29 août 08 Points forts le mois d’août (!) ludique, agréable échange entre les professionnels utilisation de l’informatique

  12. 1er Bilan au 29 août 08 Points à améliorer équipement info insuffisant relancer les chefs de service pour dynamiser la formation (notamment, un service avec très peu de formations débutées)

  13. 1er Bilan au 29 août 08 Les avis recueillis : 97% « positif » (excel, TB,B) 3% « négatif » (pass, mauv, t mauv)

  14. CONCLUSION Succès assez rapide. Suivre de près le déroulement pour connaître les raisons de ceux qui n’ont pas débuté. Communiquer davantage en interne sur le DIF.
