  2. Equipment • Headset Microphone • Target, Staples, Walmart, etc. $12-$75 • Recommend purchasing a microphone that has a noise cancellation feature (to block out external noises like cars driving by, dog barking, etc.)

  3. Equipment (optional) • To handwrite using digital ink, use a pen tablet (pen mouse) or a Tablet PC. • I recommend the Wacom Intuos line • Wacom Intuos5 Touch Small Pen Tablet - $215 • Wacom Intuos5 Touch Medium Pen Tablet - $341 • (I use Wacom Intuous 3 – refurbished tablets are great too)

  4. Recording and Editing Software • Camtasia Software • Camtasia for Mac $99, Camtasia for PC $299 • Download a free 30-day trial of Camtasia at http://www.techsmith.com/download/camtasia/

  5. Software to “Write” On and/or Share Slides Suggested software: • Microsoft Office One Note • Products like MimioStudio has free software (online download) for writing www.mimio.com • PowerPoint
