  1. Name___________________ Date: ___________ 5 Senses Book …with digital cameras!                                                            • Objectives: You will be taking digital photographs with the classroom cameras, to show each of the five senses that we have discussed in class. You will then put a book together about the senses with the photos that you took. • For sight, we will be scanning your self photo into my computer and then I will distort the images. You will then try to find your own faces and classmates. • Procedure: Follow these directions to create your 5 Senses Book • View sample 5 Senses Book • Brainstorm ideas to show each sense • Pick out colors for your book from the supply corner • Make your books title page (look at sample for ideas) • When finished with steps 1-4, raise hand to have your self photo taken • Once steps 1-5 are completed, we will walk around the classroom and school building to find your pictures • Put your books together after your digital photos have been printed out by your teacher (use the supply corner) • Share your book with your classmates • Once everyone has seen everyone’s books, we will try to find our distorted self photos • Key:What do these words mean? • Distort/Distorted – changing the shape of something • Brainstorm – coming up with ideas
