    1. Raystown Lake Visitors Center Constructed in 1998 20,000 visitors annually Interactive Displays Hosted by the Corps and the Huntington County Visitors Bureau Welcome to the Raystown Lake Visitors Center!

    4. Build A Dam - Hydro You can go through a computer simulation and build your own Dam, and see what it takes to generate electricity for nearby areas and towns.

    5. Digging into the Past Learn about one of the oldest inhabited areas, Sheeprock Shelter See artifacts that were unearthed and hear stories about each time period in history.

    6. Taking in the Sites Other exhibits include transportation, stories of the land before the dam, hear first-hand accounts of the people who caught PA State record fish on the lake. An interactive display that allows you to gather current weather simulations and make gate adjustments on the dam accordingly.

    7. Bob Cat Display Numerous wildlife displays appear throughout the facility. See native species ranging from a 450-pound black bear to native birds and insects.

    8. Do A Little Shopping Stop at the gift shop, where you can obtain souvenirs, necessities and one-of-a-kind gifts, crafts and signed prints. There are games and activities for children, and everything under the sun from visors to raincoats.

    9. Or Just to Ask A Question The Visitors Bureau is able to provide you any area information you seek, and The Ranger and Resource Team offices are just downstairs to assist you.
