  2. Required materials - 1 • A welcome statement • A quote that expresses the fundamental aspect of your mission in life • Your bio (corrected) • Your resume (using the required Microsoft Word template) • The cover letter you prepared and submitted

  3. Required materials - 2 • The mechanical royalty assignment completed using Excel • At least 12 pictures of the artist, band, studio, record company, business, or artist(s) you represent. You may include the logo of your business • Your discography or selected recordings, including pictures of the album covers

  4. Required materials - 3 • A video of yourself. If a videotaped or filmed performance is not currently available, you may create one in class using Photo Booth. The video must be at least 15 seconds long and contain audio. • Your cyberspace contact information and links

  5. Required materials - 4 • The song you created using GarageBand • Your music • The jingle you recorded using GarageBand (11/12) • The Dreamweaver document created in class (11/12) • The flyer we will create in class (11/19)

Welcome page rubric • Welcome page (10 points) • This page must contain a clearly and eloquently written introductory statement welcoming your current and prospective clients, employers, and fans. • The page must contain pictures of your endeavor in place of the generic pictures used by iWeb as placeholders.

  11. About me page rubric • About me (quote, pictures, personal factoids) (10 points) • This page must contain a quote of six words or less that expresses your professional mission or approach to life • Pictures are required for every page • Personal factoids include details about music, books, hobbies, food, interests, and unique experiences

  12. Bio page rubric • Bio (20 points) • The bio must be clearly, accurately, and eloquently written. You may use the bio submitted and approved for class. Grammatical errors will greatly reduce your score on this page. • Photos must be of your endeavor and must not be repeated throughout the assignment.

  13. Resume page rubric • Resume (20 points) • The resume must be inserted and must be formatted using a Microsoft Word Template. • Photos must be included where appropriate. • Hyperlinks for your e-mail and website are required.
