  2. SPECIALISME Bijzonder strafrecht • Fraudezaken; • Economisch ordeningsstrafrecht (milieustrafzaken, financiële toezichtswetgeving, etc.); • Fiscaal strafrecht; • Internationaal strafrecht.

DIENSTVERLENING • Bijstand strafzaken; • Advisering ter voorkoming van strafbare feiten (compliance); • Bijstand naar derden: getuigen (bijvoorbeeld belastingadviseurs); • Slachtoffers; • Interne onderzoeken naar aanleiding van mogelijk in het verleden gepleegde strafbare feiten (al dan niet in samenwerking met forensische accountants); • Klassiek strafrecht (wegenverkeerswet en klassieke misdrijven).

VOORDELEN NICHEKANTOORFINANCIEEL-ECONOMISCH STRAFRECHT • Focus op strafrecht en geen aanverwante kantoorproblematiek; • Mogelijkheid voor jonge advocaten om proceservaring op te doen die ten goede komt aan de fraudepraktijk; • Geen conflict met andere praktijkgroepen; • Goede samenwerking met andere kantoren (met name grote kantoren) nu er geen sprake is van concurrentie; • Goed internationaal netwerk op basis van strafzaken die in het verleden zijn gedaan en het inschakelen van internationale beroepsverenigingen; • N.B. het kantoor is niet kleiner dan strafrechtsecties op grote kantoren!
