  8. Place a Call • In the MY CALLS box, type the telephone number or extension or click on the extension. • Click DIAL. • The speaker on your IP550 will beep notifying you the call is being connected in handsfree mode. • Alternatives to handsfree mode: • Pick up the handset, or • Press the SPEAKER button twice to switch to headset mode.   9. Transfer a Call • In MY CALLS type the destination extension or click on the extension. • Highlight the call you want to transfer. • Click TRANSFER. User Tip #1: To transfer a call directly to voicemail without ringing the extension, put * in front of the destination extension number: *2233 User Tip #2: A short cut for calling or transferring directly to the voicemail of a monitored extension without ringing the extension: Click on the envelope associated with that extension. The ‘*’ and extension number will automatically display in MY CALLS: *2233 Then simply click DIAL or TRANSFER. *2233 The business phone system for the next 100 years

  10. Park a Call • Highlight the call you want to park. • Click PARK. The business phone system for the next 100 years

  11. Screening Calls in Voicemail: Listen • Highlight the active call that is in your voicemail. • Click LISTEN TO VM to listen as the caller leaves you a voicemail message. The business phone system for the next 100 years

Screening Calls in Voicemail: Pickup • Highlight the active call that is in your voicemail. • Click PICKUP VM to pull the call out of voicemail. • The speaker on your IP550 will beep notifying you the call is being connected in handsfree mode. • Alternatives to handsfree mode: • Pick up the handset, or • Press the SPEAKER button twice to switch to headset mode.   13. Terminate a Call • Highlight the active call. • Click HANGUP to terminate the call. The business phone system for the next 100 years

  14. Record a Call • Highlight the active call. • Click RECORD to start recording the call. • To stop recording, click STOP REC. STOP REC The business phone system for the next 100 years

  15. Playback Recorded Calls • From the EDIT drop down menu, select ‘View Call Recordings’ • From this webpage you can listen to, download, and delete recorded calls. The business phone system for the next 100 years
