  9. The Compensation Plan 3-Tier System Anyone who has 6 direct Marketing Directors in their down line officially completes the tier level and is eligible for 75% of their sales. You must have a count of 258 Advertisements or QIRs. Also after becoming a SMD, an independent representative is eligible for Overriding Residual Income according to the terms and conditions.

When and How do you Make Money?? • Once you subscribe in Ads-venture, you are well on your way to making a life long change. • In order to stabilize your personal income as well as the overriding income, you must have completed the three tiers (levels). • Once completing the three tiers and becoming a Senior Marketing Director, you are eligible for 75% of the personal recruits/sales thereupon. • In consequence to becoming a Senior Marketing Director, you are eligible for up-to 10% of your team’s recruits/sales. • Level 1 - 1/8% Level 6 - 2% • Level 2 – 1/8% Level 7 - 4% • Level 3 – 1/4% Level 8 - 6% • Level 4 – 1/4% Level 9 – 8% • Level 5 – 1/2% Level 10 - 10% • Level 1 starts off after completing the three tiers and positioning your self as a SMD
