CPB time; 176min ACC time; 103 min D ACC time; 53min POD #7 Extubation → POD #8 Reintubation → POD #23 Extubation → POD #28 Reoperation for RA thrombus →PDD #45 Discharge POD # RA thrombus → Reoperation Preop. T-valve regurgitation - moderate Postop. T-valve regurgitation at discharge - trivial

Since March 2004, this technique has been used in 15 patients HLHS 11 HLHS + TAPVC 1 Unbalanced AVSD + COA 1 Unbalanced AVSD + COA + TAPVC 1 Aortic atresia with VSD 1 Norwood procedure with RV-PA conduit ; 12 Norwood procedure with BT shunt; 3 • Operative mortality ; 2*/15 (13.3%) *All deaths occurred in the patients with TAPVC
