Finances ® • RFP Results: Cost of Contracted Services Down • Secretariat & RFC Editor • Cost Cutting Measures Under Review • e.g., VoIP under evaluation for current $125k service • Other Revenue Sources (Office Hours & iad@ietf.org) • Revenue Goals • 2009: $190k • 2010: $450k • Purpose: Hold down Reg Fee & ISOC Contributions • $635 per meeting in 2008 for early registration
