  • Changes the Homeless Housing and Assistance Act document recording surcharge to:
    • $40 through June 30, 2015
    • $30 from July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2017, and
    • $10 beginning on July 1, 2017
  • Adds requirements to local governments and the Department of Commerce related to housing vouchers paid for with document recording fees.
