  4. How do I follow the expectations? • There are many ways that you can follow the Eagle Expectations. • Here are some examples of what you can do to follow the expectations.

  5. S- Stay Safe • You can stay safe by walking on the sidewalks outside of the yellow line. • Walking in the classroom • Walking in the library, cafeteria, music room, and computer rooms • Keep arms behind your back or to your side while walking • Keep hands and feet to yourself

  6. O- Own Your Actions • When making a mistake, be honest about it. • Take responsibility for your choices. • Turning in homework • Helping another student voluntarily

  7. A- Actively Learn • During instruction, listen to the teacher • Participate in the lesson • Do your own work • Do your best • Turn in homework

  8. R- Respect Everyone • Always be kind to others • Listen and follow directions at all times • Respect classrooms by walking quietly on sidewalk • Be helpful to classmates

  9. Why should I follow the Eagle Expectations? • When you follow the expectations, you are setting a good example for your classmates. • You will also receive praise from your teacher. • You can earn S.O.A.R. Bucks to use throughout the year.
