Crossing at the Ford The ford proves to be a wise choice despite the long walk. The lack of any forms of cargo transport, a trait of the Macedonian army, also makes this an effective choice. It is unguarded and places your army behind the Persian’s.
Cross Where You Are You make the call to cross where you are in the interest of time. However you have underestimated the depth of the river and with each soldier carrying his weapons many drown. You are executed for your decision. You have failed.
Crossing at the Bridge You reach the bridge quickly however it is heavily guarded. The funneling that the bridge causes makes it difficult to overwhelm. The Macedonian army faces heavy casualties but is not finished.
