  1. Chapter 5 Summary Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief

  2. Setting • The setting of the chapter was on a road in the countryside. The weather was runny and thundering.

  3. Grover was telling Percy how he was attracted to monsters. All the monster wanted to do is killed him. There was a bull looking monster chasing them.

  4. Then a lightning hit the car they were in and the crash into a ditch on the side of the road. • Percy look at the monster and it was still chasing them. • Percy and his mom were okay but Grover was hurt.

  5. After the accident they all ran uphill and looked back to the monster was still behind them and it was. His mom told him to move aside so the bull would not hit them. After that the bull grab Percy’s mom and killed her.

  6. Percy tried to fight the bull and finally killed the bull monster with the monster’s horn. After that Percy took Grover to the farm house. They meet
