  2. What is Google Docs? • A free service provided by Google that allows you to: • Upload your files from your desktop • Access Anywhere through internet connection • Share your work with others and allow them to review your creations.

  3. What does Google Docs Offer? • Allows you to create: • Documents • Spreadsheets • Presentations • Drawings • Forms

  4. Using “Forms” in Google Docs • Allows you to: • Have students complete a form electronically • Puts information into a spreadsheet automatically • Saves paper • Submit form when it is convenient for your student • View the form information from anywhere that has internet access

  5. Types of Questions • Google Docs allows you to use 7 different types of questions in your form: • Text • Paragraph Text • Multiple Choice • Check Boxes • Choose from a List • Scale • Grid

  6. Other Features • Page Breaks • You can make your form multiple pages • You can send specific answers to different pages • Section Headings • You can make different sections of your form
