  7. Have a bad perception of your shape – you see your body differently than it is. Think that other people find you unattractive See your size or shape as a personal failure. Appreciate and celebrate your natural body shape Understand that a person’s physical appearance is only a part of who they are.   15. Blue Group • Look at all the pictures as a group • Decide weather the advertisement is a “winner” ( sending a positive non stereotyped message) or “offender” (sending a stereotyped, ideal message) • Place them on the two columns

  16. Yellow Group • Layout all the sentences • Find the statements that makes sense. There are 4 different. • Decide as a group where should you place the sentence ( leading to positive self concept- leading to negative self concept) • Come up with two original statement as a group
