  2. 高必得 凍晶注射劑 250 mcg • Ovidrel ( r- hCG )是由 Serono 在美國的生物科技研發中心，投入超過十年的心血所研發出全世界第一個以基因工程技術所製造的hCG。

  3. 人類絨毛膜性腺激素:hCG • 內生性的hCG是由胎盤中滋養細胞 ( placenta trophectoderm cell ) 在受精後所分泌的，此激素在受精後7~10天內，可在尿液及血清中偵測出。懷孕8 - 12週時( 約在第9週時達到高峰 )，濃度範圍可高達30,000 - 100,000 mIU 。

  4. 人類絨毛膜性腺激素:hCG • 以生理學的觀點來看，hCG 是在妊娠初期維持黃體 ( corpus luteum ) 功能的重要激素，它能促使黃體分泌動情激素( estrogen ) 和黃體激素 ( progesterone )，以促使子宮內膜繼續生長，一直到胎盤本身能分泌足夠的動情激素和黃體激素。hCG 也能促使胎兒與胎盤的類固醇生成 ( steroidogenesis )，並能刺激男性胎兒睪丸分泌睪固酮 ( testosterone )。
