This slide identifies a traditional communication and organisation structure for clinical governance. The care model development group undertakes an informing role on pathway development, research activity, audit activity, etc.. The information obtained through pathways can link into future organisation objectives and influence the clinical agenda.The changes in clinical practice need to be communicated throughout the organisation.
