LED Lights for Hydroponic Grow Plants Better and At A Lower

Anyone considering hydroponics for hobby or for commercial purpose must have lights. When it comes to lights the only viable solution is to use LEDs, not metal halide, sodium vapor, mercury vapor or filament lamps. See more @ http://www.mvphydroponics.com/

  1. LED Lights for Hydroponic Grow Plants Better and At Lower Cost www.mvphydroponics.com Anyone considering hydroponics for hobby or for commercial purpose must have lights. When it comes to lights the only viable solution is to use LEDs, not metal halide, sodium vapor, mercury vapor or filament lamps. These, for the purpose of hydroponics, are just inefficient. LEDs are solid state lighting devices with no gas to leak and no filaments to burn out with a life of 100000 hours as opposed to 10000 hours for other lamps. This is just one convincing reason. There are others too. Anyone considering hydroponics for hobby or for commercial purpose must have lights. 2. LED lights for hydroponics grow plants better and at a lower cost for these reasons • Full spectrum LEDs used in an array manufactured specifically for hydroponics use emit light from blue to red in a balanced way, just the way plants need it, approaching sunlight in the composition and mix of wavelengths. • Full spectrums LEDs can be controlled for intensity and spectral output with a controller that lets hydroponics adjust color temperature at various stages of plant growth. This is one of the best advantages of LEDs because adjusting light quality results in best growth and maximum yield of better tasting fruits and vegetables. • LEDs have directional light spread, emit less heat and can be positioned closer to plants, even delicate saplings. This means high efficiency LEDs with maximum light but minimum heat can be used safely for hydroponics. • Watt for watt, LEDs consume less power and emit full spectrum light besides lasting longer. The net result is they are more cost effective and give the best results and returns.

  3. Hydroponics enthusiasts can start with a 600 watt matrix and then go on to 900 and 1200 watt module as they increase size of their operations. These are available with and without controls from a reputed LED hydroponics lighting supplier.
