  2. Introduction of S.W.O.T • S.W.O.T is an acronym for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats. • S.W.O.T is an analysis of someone's organization, life, and or business. This type of analysis has been around since the 1960s and was introduced by Albert S. Humphrey. • It is beneficial for execution of a plan and maintaining a certain level of organization.

  3. S - Strengths • Saving lives • Making people aware of what's going on in their environments. • Empowering communities. • Declining Cancer Death Rates • Relieving financial strains for treatments

  4. W - Weakness • Lack of having an established business plan. • Getting people to accept and understand the information. • Initiate not having financial it need to thrive. • If the initiative is not financially soluble. • How the information is delivered.

  5. O - Opportunity • Ensuring the people get a thorough understanding of the information delivered to them. • Identifying the demographics. • Using that information the relay information • Networking to finding financial backing.

  6. T - Threats Lack of relevancy of information Not maintaining current information Number of outside competitors Lack of receptiveness from your target audience is to the delivered information.

  7. Social and Economic Determinants • Social and economic determinants • Impacted by a persons financial standing. • From the quality of living location • Safety • Location • The quality or Varity of foods consumed • Processed • Organics • Fruits and Vegetables

  8. Conclusion of S.W.O.T Within this S.W.O.T Analysis I have noticed some of the difficulties I could possible encounter and the ones I certainly will. This was an excellent idea to help me get organized and ensures that areas that could possibly be over looked be situated. This analysis gives you a thorough look at areas with this initiative that I need to focus on more than others, in particular the initiatives weaknesses. Because those weaknesses are opportunities to become the initiatives strengths.
