  • Comprehensive interview & survey project

  • 188 survey respondents

  • Pre-test and one, four, & twelve month surveys

  • Delivered customized LMI in group, one-to-one or control (no custom LMI) after pre-test

  • 27 one-month & 6 twelve-month interviews

  • Reviewed self-efficacy and outcome changes comparing treatment to control

  • Sample size somewhat limits reliability of findings

  • Attrition rates and one-time delivery of LMI reduce learnings on longer term impacts

  • Sample demographics may limit transferability to other populations
