  4. Legislative Actions 2010 • Funding proviso language to transfer the SUNLINK bibliographic database in standard library format to CCLA for inclusion in its online discovery tool product (LINCCWeb) and make publically searchable

  5. Legislative Actions 2010 • Statutory requirement for Florida Colleges and State Universities to collaborate with school districts and public libraries in the identification and acquisition of electronic library resources

  6. Legislative Actions 2010 • Statutory requirement that accelerated high school students (AP, IB, AICE & dual enrolled) shall be deemed authorized users of state-funded electronic library resources licensed by FCLA and CCLA
