  3. II. Price A. Application Fee: $99non-refundable deposit B. Tuition: Students:$2303 Adults w/roommate: $2648 *this includes the $99 application fee and is based on 15 students participating C. Price will increase if there are less than 15 D. Includes: Educational activities, round-trip transportation, accommodations, deluxe motor coach, all meals and site admissions E. Full Refund Guarantee: **Full refund guarantee: $219** 1. Provides a refund of all funds except the following nonrefundable fees, non- refundable deposit, handling charges, merchandise fees, fees for returned checks, late payments and late registration fees.

  5. IV. How do I register?By October 11 • Online at worldstridesdiscovernow.org using the ID# 88791 B. By mail – use the registration form in your packet • By phone - Contact WorldStrides Customer Service at 800-468-5899 Monday – Friday from 8:30 to 7:00 EST

  6. V. Other A. Frequent Flyer Mileage is not allowed to be used due to the already discounted group rate from the airline. Also, Frequent Flyer Mileage is not offered for participating in the program B. Airlines used: United, Northwest, American, and US Airways C. Hotels used: Nationally recognized chains such as Holiday Inn, Hilton, Ramada *Each hotel has night chaperons from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am *Students will be in his/her room by 10:00 *Students may be able to choose their own roommates of the same gender

  7. V. Other E. Meals: Full American Breakfast is served at the hotel or local restaurant Lunch – food courts, fast food, or cafeteria type location Dinner – Sit down, buffet style, food court, or cafeteria F. Safety: Safety is WorldStrides number one concern. There is a WorldStrides • Representative available 24 hours a day to handle an emergency if one should arise. WorldStrides provides comprehensive medical and illness coverage should your child become sick or injured.
