  3. Method of collecting primary data • Interview or personal investigation method • Observation or indirect • Investigation through appointment of investigator • Investigation through questionnaires • Mailed questionnaires • Telephonic interview • E-mail method

  4. Method of collecting secondary data • International organization. Ex: UNO, IMF, WB, ILO, FAO • Government and semi-government organization. Ex: PSC, LGRD, EC, UGC • Commercial organization. Ex: DSE, CSE, FBCCI • Newspaper periodicals. Ex: Times, News Week, The Economist
