HHG moves are crucial to Service member happiness and military readiness • DoD supports ~400K moves annually • Successful moves are critical to military readiness • Moves in service of the country are a highly memorable experience • Military moves impact every single Service member and can be an extremely emotional topic for the member and their family • You (as a supplier) have an opportunity to improve quality of life for our Service members while substantially growing your business

GHC PWS Updates Industry Day #2 - Document Updates • New Appendices: • Claims and Liability • Transit Times (Maximums) • Reports • Terms and Conditions • Three additional in progress include Transition Plan, Non standard shipments (e.g. Embassy duty, Hardlift Customs and Consignment Information • Feedback Mechanisms: • Industry Day one on one Feedback • Market Research • Defense Acquisition University led Acquisition Workshop

GHC PWS UPDATES (Con’t) - Industry Day #2 Document Updates • Performance Work Statement Updates: • Refined Scope of Work (including customs and PPM counseling) • Updated Workforce requirements (whether on and off base must meet the specific requirements for local installation access) • Updated Systems Integration requirements (with MilMove or designated system) • Refined Pickup/Delivery requirements associated with scheduling and spread dates • Refined Firm Booking requirements • Refined weighing and reweigh requirements (CFR language, reweigh mandatory) • Refined inconvenience claim process (per diem versus receipts)

While improving quality is our primary goal, we also want to get the best possible pricing and solve for internal operational needs …while also taking current market economics into account • Pricing structure needs to satisfy internal DoD needs… • Fits within economics of industry (e.g., variable pricing) • Accounts for common industry standards (e.g., common KPI levels & incentives) • Simple • Easily auditable • Billable to Services • A driver of improved quality
