Content of the course Semester 2 Theme 1: Registration issues Content, form and maintenance of the register Individual or group registration, combined consolidation-registration Organization and automation issues Feasibility studies for establishing or improving property registration system Practical part – implementation of course project using Microsoft Access and AutoCAD Map3D applications Seminars and workshops Building up a property register

Content of the course Semester 1 Theme 1: Legal basis required for property formation Definition of property by RA legislation Definition of rights to the property and registration thereof Theme 2: Comparative analysis using legislations of different European and CIS countries Property definition by Swedish Land and Cadastral Legislation and legislations of other European and CIS countries Definition of rights to the property provided by different legal systems

Content of the course Semester 2 Theme 1: Introduction to Swedish Real Property Formation Act Conditions for property formation, formation procedure Tools for property formation – reallotment, subdivision, partition, amalgamation Theme 2: Analysis of Armenian legisltaion /property formation issues/ Definition of land relations by RA Land Code Land types in Armenia Special aspects regarding alienation and use of state property, acquisition and termination of rights of ownership and use to land parcel Resolution of land conflicts Practical part – discussions and games on implementation of different property formation tools
