Project goal

The development and validation of a “Train the Trainers” package supporting the provision of staff training activities which develop and enhance the e-learning and teaching capability of staff within participating tertiary institutions.

The training package will

  • include two modules of an entry-level staff development programme*

  • incorporate technologies & strategies to support & enhance e-learning

  • consider the needs of participating institutions

*based on Massey’s Online Learning & Teaching Programme
