SELL and the economic crisis In the last SELL meeting (Turkey, May 2009) SELL members reported their concerns about budget cuts in the near future SELL members endorsed the ICOLC statement on the economic crisis, and also wrote a Supplementary Statement: http://www.heal-link.gr/SELL/statement7.htm

  6. SELL joint licensing ALJC (http://aljc.swets.com/): First transnational agreement for e-journals, negotiated back in 2006! Benefit: the more participants, the more discount on the e-access fee (opt-in deal) Parties involved: SELL/ALPSP/Swets >600 e-journals from “small publishers” License 2007-2009, 44 participants from 4 countries Working on the 2010-2012 renewal!
