Analysis Team Charter • This team focuses on a broad range of support and analysis activities, including: establishment of Core Components and Core Business Processes, definitions, and work methodologies • Identify the catalog of standard ebXML Core Processes • Create a set of Guidelines and Anlaysis Aids/Tools that provides the prescriptive application of the UN/CEFACT Unified Modeling Methodology (UMM), ebXML Business Process Metamodel, and Core Components • Mentor the Core Components Domain Groups with the application of the Methodology; Identify any new processes and patterns ebXML Vancouver

BP Worksheets & Editor • Problem: • UMM (TMWGN090) “is targeted primarily at personnel knowledgeable in modelling methodology who facilitate business process analysis sessions and provide modelling support” • Goal of Worksheets/Editor: • Facilitate an analysis approach that will be usable to a greater community of people (e.g. business people) • Approach: • A series of user friendly design aids to step a person or team through the analysis process ebXML Vancouver
