Welcome to the Rolling Ads The ads will run every Friday (unless I am away) All ads must come by Thursday at (3pm) in a word document or on a power point tile to recprogrammer@watsonlake.ca You can now see the Rolling ads on the Town of Watson Lake Website If there are no new ads they will NOT be sent that week

  2. The arena will be available for rollerblading and skateboarding As of Monday, April 20th The arena is open from 8:30am to 10pm The Rec Centre has roller blades and helmets available. They are limited so if you have your own please bring them.

  3. Without volunteers many of the activities and events that happen in Watson Lake would not Happen. We would like you to vote on Volunteer of the year. You can come to the Rec Centre or call Meaghen at 536-8023 There will be a dinner on May 2nd at 6pm (Invite only) We will open it to the public for a dance @ 8pm

  4. $5 adults + gst $2 youth + gst Friday, April 24 7pm to 9pm If you have your own Roller Blades and Helmet please bring them Some rental equipment is available But is limited

  5. Community Yard Sale This year the community yard sale is being hosted by the 2015 grad class as a fundraiser! May 9, 2015 @ the Rec Centre in the Arena For a table or more information call Selena @ 536-2501

  6. Family Fun Circus The circus is coming, the Circus is coming!!! May 23rd @ 7pm At the Rec Centre Advanced tickets available at the Rec Centre $15 Adult (15+) $7 children (2-14) At the door $20 adult (15+) $10 children (2-14)

  8. Help and Hope for Families Society Will hold their Annual General Meeting Thursday May 7, 2015 7PM at Curling Club Lounge Refreshments will be served. Applications for membership may be picked up at Help and Hope for Families OR At the Curling Club the day of the meeting between 6 and 7 PM

The Northern Lights Center New Hours of Operation As of November 5, 2014 What we have to offer: Birthday parties- w/ gaming, 3D movies etc… Meeting room space for rent upstairs (same as rec centre, hourly or daily) Computers w/internet available to the public Movies on Friday night and Saturday Night with matinee on Saturday. Sunday we will have gaming Wednesday 11am to 6:30pm Thursday 11am to 6:30pm Friday 2:30 to 10pm Saturday 2pm to 10pm Sunday 11am to 5:30pm Monday and Tuesday CLOSED For more information on the Northern Lights Centre Call Chad @ 536-7827

  15. The NEW phone number is 536-7104 NEW LANDFILL/RECYCLING DEPOT – HOURS OF OPERATION Effective October 29th the Watson Lake Landfilland Recycling Depot hours of operation are as follows. Tuesday to Saturday Landfill hours 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Recycling Depot 10:00am – 5:30 pm Closed: Sunday & Monday The Landfill and Recycling Depot will be closed all statutory holidays.
