Inventions necessitate inventions
Inventions Necessitate Inventions

The following inventions all caused the invention of the following one.

All of this had already occurred in Britain

Spinning wheel – one thread

Spinning Jenny – several threads

Water frame – 100 spindles of thread

Loom – produced 200 times more than a human

**many of these were large and had to be located by water (used water as power source for machines)

Inventions necessitate factories
Inventions Necessitate Factories

Large places to hold inventions by water.

Buildings had to be put up.

Building factories was very expensive

Capitalist: a person who invests in a business in order to make a profit.

Factory System: workers and machinery together in one place to produce goods.

Britain wanted all this to remain secret…..

Why how
WHY??????? HOW??????

Why does Britain want to keep this a secret?
