  3. Banner Finance Upgrades including Accounts ReceivableHuman Resources andGeneral • Some of these are Release 7.3 • And some are Release 8.0 • API – Application Programming Interface 3CBG Conference - October 23rd and 24th

Upgrades in Finance Release 7.2 • Finance Self Service (7.2) required. • This is a catch-up release that includes all of “point releases” issued since 7.1 • E-Procurement Integration for Taxes and Currency (7.2) required. This is 2nd phase of Tax/Currency API enhancement. • Journal Voucher APIs (7.2) required. 1st phase of developing APIs – creating, updating, deleting rows in FGBJVCH and FGBJVCD 3CBG Conference - October 23rd and 24th

  5. Upgrades in General Release 7.3 • Common Matching Usability Improvements. A client advisory group, 14 institutions, has been providing feedback • Huge number of RPEs have been incorporated in this release. 3CBG Conference - October 23rd and 24th

Upgrades in A/R Release 7.3 • Accounts Receivable (7.3) required • e-Bill – both Student Self-Service Banner and A/R Internet Native Banner are being enhanced – allow students and staff to view the statement output of the Student Billing Statement process, TSRCBIL, when converted to PDF format and stored. • A/R Reconciliation Report (TGRRCON) improvements (RPE 38777) 3CBG Conference - October 23rd and 24th

  8. Upgrades in A/R Release 7.3.x • PLUS Loan Refund Enhancement involving changes to these: • TSRRFND – Auto Refund Credit Amt • TGRFEED – Accounting Feed process • FURAPAY – Refund Interfaces. • This release dependent upon Fin Aid 7.5.1 3CBG Conference - October 23rd and 24th

  10. Accounts Receivable – 1099T Support (6.x/7.x) • SGHE has received notice that IRS has published changes to form 1098T. Changes will be made in 6.x and 7.x to support this 3CBG Conference - October 23rd and 24th
