  3. 2011 Kettle Season • We have an email address set up just for Christmas. • CSHR-Christmas 2009@usw.salvationarmy.org • Send Christmas Kettle Worker paperwork to DHQ as an email attachment to this email. • Employee Names should be in the subject line • Do not send paperwork directly to any HR or Payroll employee

Bi-Weekly Kettle Payroll NOVEMBER • November 1-21 • Submit to DHQ as much and as often as you like • HR Goal is to have 24 hour turn around for paperwork in the email box by 8:00 a.m. • November 22 • 8:00 a.m. PST CUT OFF for Input into the Kettle Program ( HR Functions) • November 23-28 • Still do data input into the kettle program, monies, hours.

  17. Bi-Weekly Kettle Payroll NOVEMBER • Friday • 8:00 CS Hire will have processed by 12:00 • No Kettle Access Between 1:30-3:00 • Payroll: pulling kettle worker information form Kettle program, upload into Ulitpro, export and upload employee numbers back into kettle program.

Bi-Weekly Kettle Payroll December • December 1-7 • Submit to DHQ as much and as often as you like • December 8 • 12:00 Cut off for Input into the Kettle Program • December 21 • 12:00 a.m. PST CUT OFF for Input into the Kettle Program • Area’s In Red • Still do data input into the kettle program, monies, hours, etc.

  24. 2011 Kettle Season • An Employee will not be set up to: • Work in Kettle Payroll and Regular Payroll • Kettle Coordinator, Drivers, etc., will be input on the Regular Payroll Group

  25. 2011 Kettle Season • Kettle hours must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on the Monday following Payroll End Date • How to handle missed hours • Additional income for Kettle Workers

  26. 2011 Kettle Season • HR needs to be notified immediately when terminating an employee • Email to CSHR-Christmas 2009 with: • Name • File Number • Final Hours • Dates for which the work occurred. • Never hold an employee’s check

  31. What happens with an alert? • DHQ reviews for precluded offenses • If no precluding offenses, No contact from DHQ • If precluded offenses are listed, Child Safety Coordinator will contact Corps Officer; may refer to THQ for review
