  3. Ticket to Work: Terms Employment Network (EN) EN’s such as WorkNet have an agreement with the Social Security Administration to assist SSI and SSDI disability recipients to obtain employment. Individual Work Plan (IWP) Your agreement with the Ticket to Work Program and an EN that outlines goals for obtaining employment. Maximus Maximus is responsible for sending Ticket to Work information to Social Security beneficiaries and will assign or un-assign tickets. Ticket to Work (TTW) Is a program designed to remove barriers to increase opportunity and choices for disability beneficiaries to return to work.

  4. What is Ticket to Work? It is a Social Security program beneficiaries may use to obtain services through an Employment Network (EN). The EN may provide employment, training, and/or rehabilitation services as well as access to other community resources to support the beneficiaries return to work. The Social Security Administration may provide disability beneficiaries with a ticket/letter or recipients may contact Maximus to see if they are eligible. The ticket is presented to an Employment Network (EN) who has agreed to provide services within the Ticket to Work program. Ticket to Work (TTW) gives the Ticket holder the choice to assign their ticket and to whom the ticket is assigned.

  5. How Does This Work? Ticket Holders will receive notification by mail along with a list of approved Employment Networks (EN). EN’s are also listed on Social Security Administrations Choose Work Website (www.choosework.net) The ticket holder will contact the EN of their choice and discuss their services Once the decision has been made as to what EN will assist you, then a Individual Work Plan (IWP) can be developed.

How to Assign your Ticket •Once you decide to assign your Ticket to an Employment Network (EN), you are entering into a agreement with them to assist you in finding employment. •You will work out an Individual Work Plan (IWP) with the EN and sign the IWP along with a representative of the EN. •The EN submits the IWP plan to Maximus. NOTE: Ticket holders may choose to un-assign their ticket by sending a letter to Maximus stating they no longer wish to have the current EN assigned. A new EN may then be assigned, if desired.

Print and sign the Orientation signature page (next page) Print and complete the TTW Forms, found on our website at: worknetpinellas.org under Persons with Disabilities, Ticket to Work. Complete or Update your employfloridamarketplace.com work registration. Call for an appointment.
