  1. Things That Affect One’s Health! The world has witnessed a lot of changes and this has made things not only difficult to take note of but more ever changing. It is a greater challenge to self if we want to keep things running in the real and right manner. With so much patience it is very much possible we might have lost a good hold of our health.
