Since 2011,Tex Europa has been exporting garments to European market. With efficient Leadership and Hard work of Mr. Madhu (Managing Director) the company assures to produce Good Quality and Delivery On Time. OUR TEAM We celebrate Success as one team. The company employees more than 50 people and uses the latest technology machines in its state of the art factories to manufacture its products right from raw materials to finished goods. The company cares for each and every employee and has in-built systems to recognize & reward them periodically.

OUR FABRICSWe are experienced in all types Cotton fabrics,Cotton - Lycra fabrics,Poly – Cotton fabrics, Blended fabrics, Modal fabrics, Viscose fabrics, Yarn dyed stripe fabrics, Printed fabrics, Mélange fabrics and all types of garment washes. • OUR PRODUCTSThe dynamic production team masters all kinds of products in Mens,Women’s and Kids. • MENS – Basic and Polo T shirts • Women's – Basic, Polo and Night wears • Kids – Hi Fashion,legging,Romper,etc

PRODUCTION CAPACITY • A Well equipped production factory with the latest technology machines of vertical knife cutting machines, various types of imported chain and lock stitching machines,vaccum type steam ironing tables,etc. • Our In-house Production capacity is listed below. • Basic Round neck – 1,500 pcs per day • Polo Shirts - 1,000 pcs per day • Night wear - 500 sets per day • Children - 2000 pcs per day • Apart from this in-house production capacity, we have 2 sub contractors who completely dedicated to us with the total capacity of 3000 pcs per day(basic t shirt). We have a strong Production follow up team and Quality team to monitor the out sourced products

Tie up with sister concern for Print and Embroidery PRINTING Exclusive designs and innovative patterns as per customers’ specification are printed in Machine Print which are capable of applying 8 colours and Table print which is 100 feet in two tables to produce 10,000 pcs per day.Our unit focus is on manufacturing flawless products with life-like,long lasting prints. EMBROIDERY It is an art by itself.Special types of Embroidery carried out by using 12 and 20 head Barudan Embroidery Machines with the capacity of 5000 pcs per day.This enables us to meet the most intricate design specifications of our customers.

  7. QUALITY CONTROL We have qualified Quality controllers who monitor the production of all the orders. They perform Inline, Mid & Final Inspection to maintain consistence quality on all orders. The company follow AQL 2.5 level for Major defects.
