Bharat Nirman Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra • To provide Space to facilitate the functioning of MGNREGA office at GP / Block Levels, a knowledge resource centre. • To be executed Departmentally by issuing work order in the name of J.E./GPTA. • Case records for construction of building at Block and GP level to be opened in the Block. • The labour material ratio of 60:40 is to be maintained at the District Level. • Designs prescribed in the Guidelines and also available in web-site (http://nrega.nic.in). • In BRGF Districts, the labour component from MGNREGS and material component from BRGF.

  33. PAYMENT OF WAGES THROUGH BUISINESS CORRESPONDENT Ganjam Gajapati & Mayurbhanj districts are yet to take full advantage of Business correspondence model Total = Rs.1.46 Cr 118 GPs , 16,484 transactions. (Rs. in Lakh)

Labour Budget • MoRD, Govt. of India instructed to upload the Certificate of Approval of the Labour Budget 2010-11 under MGNREGA by the respective Grama Sabha followed by Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parisad. • This is mandatory and further release of funds would be subject to uploading of the certificate in case of all your GPs.
