  1. 3 Tips for Growing Cannabis Outdoors Before smoking agood weed or marijuana, you have to raise good cannabis. It is good to know that there are areas in United States where growing cannabis is made legal through individual state laws. Now, you can grow cannabis on your own legally! Growing cannabis can be a tedious one, especially when you are not equipped with the right information. Before you decide growing your own, make sure you have the time and attention to detail. If not, might as well buy here. Cannabis can grow both indoors and outdoors. The main difference is those that are grown indoors tend to be more sensitive to “hot light”. You have to make sure that the light feels cool to the back of the hand. Nevertheless, here are some tips for effectively growing cannabis outdoors: 1. Space and soil Believe it or not, cannabis tend to be picky when it comes to the right type of soil and right spot they will be growing on. It is recommended to grow cannabis where it is sunny, and where there is good irrigation and good drainage. If you are growing on a hilly train, it is ideal to have it in a south-facing hillside where there is greater intensity and exposure to sunlight. A good soil is what every plant needs. In the case of outdoor-grown cannabis, it is recommended to use loamy soil, or soil that consists mainly of sand and silt, with a lower ratio of clay (estimated 40-40-20 proportion of silt-sand-clay). It is also important to check the pH level, and make use of lime to increase pH, or sulphur to decrease it. Getting the right pH level prevents cannabis nutrient deficiency. 2. Start planting indoors It is recommended to let your seeds germinate indoors, approximately one to two weeks. The main reason is to protect your seedlings from being eaten by birds or insects while they are young and tender. This is also recommended for those living in cold areas, as cold temperatures may ruin your seedlings. The early stages of growing your cannabis are crucial, so it is best to grow them indoors and under artificial light. 3. Light schedule Just like other plants, growing cannabis also undergo different stages. In each stage, the cannabis has varying needs for light. In the vegetative stage where the cannabis grows its first set of leaves, it is best to expose it on direct sunlight from 10am to 4pm or more. In the flowering stage where your plants start making buds, your plant will need shorter hours under the sun. t is also important to keep our temperature low at around --C). Aside from changing the light schedule, note that it is also in this stage where you can identify the gender of your cannabis; those with pollen sacs are males. The crucial part in this stage is that cannabis is more likely to be nutrient deficient, as they tend to focus on growing their buds. Growing cannabis is meticulous and specific but these tips will surely help you harvest your own.
