Local & Personal Lifestyle Soundtracks Exclusive, Locally Blended Companionship Radio & Website Formats to Match Key Cape Cod Lifestyle Choices for Residents, Second-homeowners, and Visitors Local News, Weather & Information Cape Cod’s Trusted Source for Local News, Weather and Information Community Tradition of Local Support of Lifestyle Activities, Organizations and Culture that Cape Codders Value Commitment “We’re Here When You Need Us” Consistent Radio & Website Commitment Connecting our Cape Cod Community Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra • The Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra (CCSO) is a Cape Cod cultural icon comprised of 85 classically trained, professional musicians.  The Symphony performs a winter season of eight concerts from September - May in a 1400 seat performing arts center and travels to towns across Cape Cod during each summer season to give outdoor performances.  each year for more than 50,000 people • The CCSO and Cape Cod Broadcasting have a longstanding partnership and the objectives for the 2011 season campaign were: • - to further engage our audiences in the CCSO offerings • - to interest our younger listeners in the CCSO, particularly our WQRC 99.9 audience • to increase the exposure of the CCSO to our audiences using multiple platforms - on air, email, online, and social media • The following document details the promotional campaign that was executed from September 2011 – May 2011 to compliment the radio advertising campaign and to meet these objectives.

Winner was be selected and announced on each Monday prior to the Saturday concert • Cape Cod Broadcasting will provided: • 375 total promotional mentions for the duration of the promotional program - breakdown is as follows: 75 promotional mentions per concert to air 6am -12m 3 weeks prior to the concert date (25 per station per concert, WQRC, WOCN, WFCC - per promotional period/concert date) • Inclusion on WQRC.com, OCEAN1047.com & WFCC.com home & contest page during each promotional period • Inclusion in one e-mail letter to each E-club database (WQRC, WOCN, WFCC) during each promotional period • Inclusion on our Facebook & Twitter updates • $21,000.00 promotional value
