North Cobb HighSchool of Intellect WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US? • Meet new and everlasting friends • Join a club that is best suitable for you • Be a part of memorable times, such as football games • Be a part of frustrated cussing students when they bump heads with their teachers and/or administrators • Expand the brain with valuable knowledge you will need to be successful • See your name printed on the graduation program

Why Education Works We no longer say: We now say: • Edamacation - Education • I need to ax you a kuestion - I need to ask you a question • What time it is? - What time is it? • I want to go to coolege at georgia tech to become a baby sitr. - I would like to attend Georgia Tech to study engineering. • Wha cho name is gurl? - What is your name lovely girl? • The honies don’t want no ignant broke dufus taking them to prom in a hearse. • The young ladies do not want an uneducated guy taking them to prom in a hearse.

We Learned: • The King of France was Napoleon Bonaparte and not Napoleon Dynamite. • New Mexico is part of the United States and not a foreign country. • Puerto Rico is a province of the United States and not the 51st state. • Africa is a continent and not a country. • George Washington was the first president under the constitution of the United States. The actual first president was John Hanson, which was under the articles of confederation, six others preceded him. • There were 2 World Wars, not 3.

Education Wants YOU! • to be a part of an intellectual conversation. • to know information that should be common knowledge. • to know you are needed to enhance our world. • to know we all understand your frustration and sour thoughts about school; however, what is good for you is hard to get, but worth it at the end. Don’t let laziness or bad company drive you to a dead end street!
