Step 1: Distributor Application • Complete the Distributor Application • Can be found at www.ugacinc.com/creating-wealth/ • Complete Distributor Application in entirety • Sign Client Application • Include copy ofVOIDED Check • IncludeArticles(applicable if LLC or INC) • Fax or Email Distributor Application to Universal • Include: copy of Voided Check & Articles • Fax: 816.817.0887 • Email: compliance@ugacinc.com

  4. Step 2: Agreements • Upon receipt of Distributor Application, Agreements will be sent to you via email • Purchase Agreement/Collections Agreement (6-7 pg. Document) • Agreements will outline the Finance Program to include terms, rates, etc. • Execute Agreements and Fax or Email: • Attn: Compliance Department • (816) 817-0887 Fax • compliance@ugacinc.com

  5. Program Approval • You are now APPROVED to start submitting new business! (upon receipt of executed Agreements) • Login information for the Automated System will be provided • Training will be readily available
