  • The purpose of this presentation is to provide an overview of CRCT data across the last three years.

  • This will include targeting strengths and weaknesses and demographic data.

  • Discussion will follow on how to best support student learning in the identified target areas.

  • Even though Reading was the strongest subject area on the CRCT, there is a 6% decline in the African American population from 2013 to 2014. This change should be considered when planning for instruction.

  • While student scores on the Science portion of the CRCT need the most improvement, all demographic areas made gains from 2013 to 2014 as a result of an increased focus on science during the 2013-2014 school year.
