What is a Drying Oven • An oven is a thermally insulated chamber used for the heating or drying of a substance using hot air that flows inside the oven. • When the pipette tips are autoclaved then water droplets are adhered on the tips. • This water droplets could change the concentration of solutions which is handled by using pipette. • In our lab, majorly we use this oven to dry the pipette tips after they have been autoclaved.
