  1. Lower Snake River Compensation PlanBudget and Cooperative Agreement Time Line May 6 – LSRCP sends out 2013 budgets to Cooperators to update amounts for 2014. May 31 – Last day for Cooperators to notify LSRCP of any 2013 budget modifications which are not “No-Cost” budget modifications. June 7 – Cooperators return 2014budgets and a draft SOW to LSRCP. June 17 – LSRCP provides 2014 draft budget (Exhibit A) to BPA. June 28 – LSRCP finalizes 2014 budgets. July 26 – Final 2014 SOW agreed upon by LSRCP and Cooperators. Aug 2 – Last day to submit any 2013 Coop Agreements for modification to the FWS Regional Contracting Office for processing.

Oct 1 – LSRCP sends 2014 Cooperative Agreements to FWS Regional Contracting Office. Oct 1 – 2014 fiscal year begins. Oct 15 – FWS Regional Contracting Office sends 2014 Cooperative Agreements to Agencies. Oct 30 – 2014 Cooperative Agreements are due back to LSRCP from Cooperators. Dec 30 – Program Performance and Financial reports are due for 2013. Final day for Cooperators to “drawdown” funds for 2013.
