  2. Searching a PCP When searching our provider network, please follow these steps to ensure that the provider you are searching is a PCP with WellCare: Go to: https://www.wellcare.com/FAP

  3. Searching a PCP cont’d • Select the beneficiaries state from the drop down menu

  4. Searching a PCP cont’d • On the next screen you will need to complete the search fields. Start by selecting the beneficiaries state once again:

  5. Searching a PCP cont’d • Select the line of business (LOB) for the plan that you are quoting to see if the provider is in network:

  6. Searching a PCP cont’d • Select a location type from the drop down and enter the search criteria. You will then need to select the distance the beneficiary is willing to travel:

  7. Searching a PCP cont’d • Select Keyword/Specialty: • In the field provided enter “PCP” as the keyword and click “Go to Results”:

  8. Searching a PCP cont’d • All in network PCPs within the search location will be provided. You can filter your results by selecting the first initial of the PCP’s last name:

  9. Searching a PCP cont’d • The filtered results will help in refining the search for a specific PCP: • Make note of the Provider ID as it will be necessary as you complete the application.
