  3. Consulting 2. Have a general knowledge of structural funds and other type of grants - Department websites, producer associations, EuroInfo Centers 3. Know other organizations supporting SMEs and researchers

  4. Contact with client • Prepare in advance – ask about goal of the visit • prepare list with questions • prepare leaflets, brochures 2. Visit of client - special place with proper conditions

  5. Contact with client 3. Fill in form to account for RCP consultancies 4. Register the client in database - special form to be filled: name, surname, company/institution, address, date and goal of the meeting
