  2. Answer the following questions on the same paper as the political cartoons • Do you think we should have one leader (like a President) or many leaders (like Congress) or both?? Explain why you feel the way you do • If we only had one person ruling a country, why might that be good? Why might it be bad? Provide an answer for both • If we had many leaders with no one person in control, why might that be good? Why might it be bad? Provide an answer for both
